Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
